Mind Change®

What it is and how it works

Mind Change is a healing system utilizing the power of the mind/body system. It is a system designed to allow psychological stability by reprogramming the brain’s mental patterns to impact our responses and behavior towards life positively.

Mind Change operates with tangible physical mechanics backed by science.

It is a collection of new cutting-edge techniques and processes that integrates the most effective elements of many modalities including, but not limited to, NLP, BSFF, EFT, EMDR, Hypnosis, spiritual understanding, brain science, and the minds great ability to transform itself.

Mind Change is also used as a stress management system that can reduce and eliminate harmful physical and psychological effects of anxiety, depression, chronic pains, fears, phobias, and addictions. It addresses problems such as weight loss, self-esteem issues, grief, and loss, as well as addictions and chronic illness.

One of the most appreciated aspects is that it is fast, direct and to the point.

At its core, the Mind Change is a personal development tool that allows positive changes in problematic thought processes that resides within a deeper consciousness. The memories supporting the structure of the problem is aimed to be weakened and collapsed by releasing negative emotions surrounding the issue. The process and technique allows for immediate positive changes in the person’s mental state thus producing healthy responses and habits in the future.

Understanding how the brain works is a key component of the Mind Change.  Neuroplasticity, also known as brain plasticity and neural plasticity, is the ability of the brain to change throughout an individual's life, e.g., brain activity associated with a given function can be transferred to a different location, the proportion of grey matter can change, and synapses may strengthen or weaken over time.

Research in the latter half of the 20th century showed that many aspects of the brain can be altered (or are "plastic") even through adulthood. This notion is in contrast with the previous scientific consensus that the brain develops during a critical period in early childhood and then remains relatively unchanged (or "static").

Neuroplasticity can be observed at multiple scales, from microscopic changes in individual neurons to larger-scale changes such as cortical remapping in response to injury. Behavior, environmental stimuli, thought, and emotions may also cause neuroplastic change through activity-dependent plasticity, which has significant implications for healthy development, learning, memory, and recovery from brain damage.

Your brain is not a static computer.  Rather it is organic and changes every moment.  If we let it, our brain can collapse all the negative neuropathways and create new positive links to all problems in our past, in order to change our future in incredible ways.

Mind Change understands how the brain works in order to help you live the life you've always wanted.
